In addition to being a leading pan-Nordics core and core-plus real estate private equity fund manager, we benefit from a full in-house service offering from the NRP Group. With more than 17 years of investment experience in the Nordic region, we have established a deep knowledge of the industry and an extensive network. The Fund will leverage this industry knowledge to identify investment opportunities.
In total, we have managed and advised seven Nordic Private Real Estate Funds. Currently, we have four active Funds (two Funds in liquidation process, one fund fully invested and Fund VII in investment period).
With the exception for Fund V, all our funds have been within a core-plus strategy with an average IRR p.a. of more than 20%.
Our Real Estate Fund Strategy
Our fund strategy is to utilize the high yield gap and the compelling Nordic fundamentals in combination with NRP's strong market position to create a portfolio real estate investments in the Nordics.
The Funds seek to build downside mitigated portfolios focusing on long-term investments, based on strong recurring cash flow, providing attractive risk-adjusted investor returns. The Funds seek to make investments at prices regarded as attractive relative to replacement cost, with long-term lease contracts and solid tenants that enables predictable semi-annual investor distributions, and with less cyclical cash flow (i.e. high quality properties with attractive locations).
